The competition was organized by the International Association of Students of Industrial Relations (IASIR) in collaboration with the United Nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The event brought together students from over 20 countries, including Bangladesh, Western Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and others. The competition was divided into three rounds: the first round was a written test, followed by a presentation round, and finally, a pitching round.
