PepsiCo’s 2025 Greenhouse Accelerator Cohort Boasts Diverse APAC Representation

The 10 selected startups from the Greenhouse Accelerator Program in Asia Pacific aim to drive innovation in sustainable agriculture, the circular economy, and climate action.

The program is focused on supporting startups from various countries, including Australia, India, China, Singapore, South Korea, and Indonesia.

This year, there's a significant increase in APAC representation in the selected startups.

Calyx (also spelled Calyx) is a leading company in the green energy sector, and Endura is a renowned hydrogen storage and fuel cell company.

The APAC startups selected showcase a diverse range of innovative solutions, from AI-powered farming to biodegradable plastics.

Beijing AIForce Technology Co. Ltd. has developed a zero-emission, AI-powered farm machinery that revolutionises intelligent, autonomous, and sustainable farming at scale.

Phabuilder Biotechnology Co. Ltd. and Guangdong Databeyond Technology Co. Ltd. are pioneering biodegradable PHA plastics and AI-powered waste-sorting solutions.

The selected startups will receive a AUD 31,542 grant, tailored mentorship, and learning modules to help them overcome growth challenges and scale up their market-ready solutions.

PepsiCo’s ‘pep+’ Sustainability Strategy is driving this initiative, focusing on sustainability and human capital, and aiming to be a global leader in the sustainability and climate action sectors.

The program's diversity highlights the potential for sustainable innovation across the APAC region, and the selected startups are poised to make a significant impact in driving climate action and sustainability.
